Advanced FIJI/ImageJ Workshop at the University of Sydney

This Light Microscopy Australia event is an advanced workshop on FIJI/ImageJ with guest lecturer Cameron Nowell, Research Facility Manager at the Monash Institute for Pharmaceutical Sciences. This half day workshop is geared toward researchers already using ImageJ looking to upskill for advanced image processing and analysis.

Topics include (but are not limited to):

  • Multi-tiered Complex Analysis
  • Tips and Tricks for Writing Better Macros
  • Group Discussion of Image Analysis Problems
  • Lecture Delivery will be via Video, with additional instructors on-site
