Automated Mineralogy User Group Meeting 2026

The Automated Mineralogy User Group (AMUG) Meeting returns in 2026 for a three-day, in‑person event bringing together researchers, industry professionals and instrument specialists working in automated mineralogy.

The meeting will feature presentations, discussions and networking opportunities focused on the latest developments, applications and challenges in automated mineralogy. The program is designed to be relevant for both experienced practitioners and those new to the field, offering a valuable forum to share knowledge and connect with peers across academia and industry.

The meeting will run across three days, a range of hands-on workshops will be available at the Natural Resources Innovation and Characterization Hub, part of the Centre for Microscopy and Microanalysis, our University of Queensland facility.

Places for in‑person attendance are limited. Discounted registration is available for students.
