IMOD software is a set of image processing programs for image analysis, modelling and displaying 3D data from instruments generating image stacks.

Presenter: Dr Matthew Johnson (University of Melbourne)
Dr Matt Johnson is currently at the Bio21 institute in Melbourne investigating host pathogen interactions using cryo-ET. Matt is a specialist in cryo-ET and associated workflows such as CLEM and FIB-SEM. Matt received his PhD in molecular microbiology from the University of Birmingham, UK. In 2012 he moved to Australia to research bacterial secretion systems, toxins and membrane physiology using molecular biology, biochemistry, and structural biology.
