This unique Masterclass aims to provide participants with a complete overview of volume EM techniques and applications. Through lectures and hands-on demos, we will cover biological sample preparation for volume EM, serial block face imaging, FIB-SEM and array tomography, as well as data processing, segmentation and modelling.
The Masterclass will be limited to a maximum of 15 participants on a first come, first serve basis. The cost is $300 for AMMS members and $400 for non-members. Travel grants sponsored by Microscopy Australia are available and will be awarded by a merit-based selection process.
