Webinar: Leica STELLARIS – Confocal Technology Re-imagined

16 Mar 2021 12:30pm - 1:30pm AEDT, WEBINAR

The UTS Microbial Imaging Facility would like to invite you to attend an exciting webinar and live demo of the Leica STELLARIS confocal microscope.  Come along to see in action the latest developments in confocal microscopy and find out how this could help your research!

To publish cutting-edge research, you need to be able to see more, to try novel applications and to be able to collect reliable data. With the STELLARIS confocal platform, we have re-imagined confocal microscopy with a suite of interconnecting technologies that work in harmony to provide faster, gentler, more sensitive, easy to use live cell analysis of your samples across a wide spectral range.

During this presentation we will give you an opportunity to interact with STELLARIS through a customised virtual demonstration using real samples on Leica’s new cutting-edge confocal platform.

Presented by Dr Taryn Guinan, Leica ANZ Confocal Applications Specialist.

Agenda:

  • Spectral freedom and sensitivity with Leica’s White Light Laser and Spectral Detection
  • Intuitive experiment setup with Leica Image Compass and Navigator
  • Lifetime based imaging with TauSense
  • Q&A

Virtual Seminar and Demonstration: Attend via Microsoft TEAMS and can be attended using your PC anywhere you have a good IT connection.
