The Association consists of academic researchers, industry producers and end users, and aims to further the development and uptake of graphene and graphene-enhanced products. Graphene is the lightest, strongest, most electrically conductive substance on earth and more than 53,000 graphene technology patents have been filed to date. Graphene’s exceptional properties have the potential to revolutionise everyday products such as batteries, sensors, water purification systems and it will be used to create smart devices and structures and to strengthen materials like concrete.
