The program is designed to promote and reward the significant contributions from staff within Microscopy Australia, while sharing new skills between facilities. Our staff will get the opportunity to participate in a national or international Shadowing visit to provide them with additional training, expertise and mentoring in their career. The research experience and collaborative opportunity will benefit the successful applicants and enhance the support provided to Microscopy Australia users.
Note: This program is only open to staff employed at a Microscopy Australia facility or linked laboratory who support users including technical, administrative, or data support.

It’s our pleasure to announce a new microscopy exchange scheme between Australia and New Zealand established in partnership with the Australian Microscopy and Microanalysis Society (AMMS) and Microscopy New Zealand (Microscopy NZ). Facility staff, from any Australian or New Zealand facility, are welcome to apply.
Global BioImaging offers an international job shadowing program that gives the opportunity to technical and managerial staff of the imaging core facilities to visit imaging facilities across the globe and learn from their peers.
